To the extent we maintain Substance Use Disorder (SUD) patient records regulated under 42 CFR Part 2, those records receive heightened confidentiality protections. We will not use or disclose SUD patient records for civil, criminal, administrative, or legislative investigations or proceedings against you unless:

  2. A court issues an appropriate order AND a subpoena is provided.

We will also follow all other restrictions contained in Part 2 relating to redisclosure, patient rights, and use of SUD records.

We will follow the terms of this notice and provide you with a copy. We will not use or disclose your information without written permission unless required or permitted by law.
